Sacred commerce is all about the practice of consciously cultivating and being more self-aware as a leader each day. The new leadership is all about living from the inside out, not the outside in. When employees come to work each day to a beautiful environment, they bring their true selves to the workplace, where the environment becomes a hub of creativity and inspiration.

It helps employees ground themselves and be present for the day ahead.
